Duzan Ensemble was founded in 2008 by a group of Chicago based musicians with various musical backgrounds and a focus on the music of the Middle East with its wide variety.

Members of the Duzan Ensemble are researchers and educators of Middle Eastern and Arab music, they Strive to preserve and maintain the traditions of this music while adding their own twist to it.   Duzan Ensemble performs original music, as well as classical standards and traditional repertoire.
